Shipping and returns

Where we deliver

Inside the European Union: France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, and the other EU countries offered in the cart. Choose your country in the cart: the delivery cost is shown before any payment. No customs duty is due for deliveries inside the European Union. We do not yet deliver outside the European Union.

Delivery cost (VAT included)

  • France: EUR 5.90, free from EUR 100.
  • Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal: EUR 7.90, free from EUR 100.
  • Other EU countries: EUR 9.90, free from EUR 120.

The free-delivery threshold is measured on the items after any discount.

Delivery times (estimates)

The times below are estimates, not promises, and start from a confirmed payment. They are in working days.

  • Clothing (hoodies, t-shirts, tank tops, caps): made to order. Production: about 2 to 5 days. Transport: about 3 to 8 days inside the EU. In total, about 5 to 12 working days.
  • Gloves, resistance bands, lifting straps: shipped from our own stock, about 2 to 6 working days.
  • Pre-orders and limited editions: the expected delivery window is shown on the product page and in the cart.
  • If your order has both clothing and stocked accessories, it ships in two parcels, sometimes on different dates. Delivery is charged once.

We email you as soon as the order ships, with a tracking number when the carrier provides one. If nothing has arrived 30 days after your order, write to {email}.

Returns and withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, no reason needed. If the order arrives in two parcels, the period runs from the last parcel.

  1. Write to {email} with your order number (or use the model form in the terms of sale).
  2. Send the item back unworn, unwashed, with its labels, to: {returns_address}, within 14 days of your message.
  3. The cost of returning the goods is yours. Keep your proof of postage.
  4. We refund you, including the initial standard delivery, no later than 14 days after being told you withdraw (we may wait for the parcel or the proof of postage), through the payment method you used.

None of our products is personalised: the right of withdrawal applies to all of them, including the Champion Edition. The digital certificate is cancelled with the return.

Free size exchange

The first size exchange of each order is free for unworn clothing, subject to availability: we pay the delivery of the new size. Write to {email} before sending the item back. The size guide is here.

Damaged item, faulty print or mistake

Write to {email} with your order number and a photograph, within 7 days of receiving it if possible. We replace or refund at no cost to you. Your legal guarantees (conformity, hidden defects) still apply; see the terms of sale.

Product safety

Gloves, resistance bands and lifting straps are imported accessories. For each one, the name and address of the manufacturer or of the importer established in the European Union, the product identification (reference or batch) and the safety instructions appear on the product page and on the packaging: {importer_details}. If a product is recalled, we contact the customers concerned by email.
